We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Receptionist to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, maintaining financial records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Detailed Job Description Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling and maintaining office supplies. Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide exceptional front-desk support. Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff. Bookkeeping (as needed): Manage bookkeeping for assigned clients and firm Assist in financial report preparation and maintaining accurate financial records. Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash and expenses. Client Interactions: Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring inquiries and requests are handled efficiently. Assist in maintaining client relationships and manage appointment scheduling. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Assist with payroll processing and human resources tasks as needed. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Assist in the preparation of financial reporting and documentation for audits. Qualifications: Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Office Administration or related field preferred. Experience in professional office setting. Knowledge in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours, off season between 32 to 40. Will require additional overtime during peak tax seasons.
